Hillary's technophobia

With the latest, maybe disastrous, FBI investigation into Hillary's (not even Hillary's, her aide's) emails, an interesting fact came out that I hadn't heard before. Forgive me if this was common knowledge, but I hadn't realised that the reason she used a Blackberry is that she does not own or use a computer - and never has. She is, apparently, something of a technophobe.

I'm not sure how to take that knowledge. Because of her age she is unlikely to be a tech natural - but no computer? I find this disturbing - as if she has absented herself from maybe one of the greatest cultural changes of the last century. Her naivety becomes more explicable - but I find a rather bigger question mark appearing that is difficult to dismiss.
