Kirk Douglas was filming To Catch a Spy on the West Coast of Scotland in 1970. One day he got so fed up with the rain keeping him indoors that that he decided to brave the elements. He met a small boy at the bus stop. 'Tell me son, does it rain here all the time?' The boy thought for a moment. "I wouldn't know.......I'm only 11 years old.'
